CityLife, Al-Tallah

City life is located within the city University Campus in Al-Tallah, Ajman on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. This G+1 shopping mall uses a plethora of material to make a well-integrated building with a simple form. The use of exposed concrete panels, corten steel texture finish, off white Portuguese limestone and Aluminum louvers explores the various materials along the elevation. The project planned with simple and understated forms, yet through the treatment of material colors succeed in transmitting with subtlety, the building’s overall complexity. The complex includes many retail stores, a games center, food court, a hypermarket and ground parking spaces.
