This G+1 shopping mall caters to the public, equipped with many retail stores and a supermarket. Monotonous use of materials and proportions, makes for an overall simplistic design with many overlapping volumes, to create an interesting play of spaces. The shopping mall faces the creek on one side where dining and seating facilities are provided to enjoy the view during the evenings. Ground parking spaces are given in the front and side of the mall which is the connected through a service road via the main road.
