Star Giga Tower

This tower is located in Emirates City, Aamra, Ajman, near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The tower features a striking, fluid exterior characterized by continuous undulating, ribbon-like balconies. The slab edges curve smoothly inward and outward, shifting slightly across the floors to create a dynamic, ocean-wave or ripple effect across the entire surface.

The podium uses a dense, rhythmic screen composed of vertical and horizontal architectural louvers, creating a textured, semi-permeable skin that cleverly conceals the internal parking levels while allowing natural ventilation.

Sitting directly atop the 6th podium level, the elevation steps back slightly to introduce a prominent horizontal band of lush landscaping. The crest of the elevation features prominent, illuminated "Star Giga" branding with a star emblem, acting as a glowing architectural landmark visible from a distance against the twilight sky.

The building includes retail stores and rooftop amenities including a swimming pool, gym, sauna, yoga deck and walking track.
