This tower is located in Aamra, Ajman. The building features a striking, contemporary organic design characterized by a dynamic, fluid silhouette. The tower's form relies on a rhythmic, undulating pattern that mimics natural wave formations, giving the ultra-tall structure a sense of movement and lightness.
The main body of the tower is defined by continuous, wraparound balconies. Each floor plate's slab edge shifts slightly or curves uniquely, creating a highly textured, self-shading facade. This sinuous rhythm breaks up the massive vertical surface, softening the tower's footprint against the skyline.
The lower levels form a distinct rectangular base that anchors the tower to its corner plot, using a crisp, geometric language with alternating horizontal bands that transition the scale from the streetscape to the massive tower above.
The prominent wave-like projecting balconies feature a smooth, matte white architectural concrete finish, maximizing sunlight reflection and providing a stark, clean contrast to the recessed elements.
